We’ll deliver the flowers to the address provided and take a photo once they’ve been delivered. At that point, our responsibility for the arrangement ends, as we’re no longer able to control how the flowers are handled.
If possible, we recommend choosing a delivery window when the recipient will be available. For example, if flowers are left with a front desk and the recipient isn’t there, we unfortunately can’t be responsible for how the arrangement is handled afterward.
Of course, please feel free to reach out if you have any concerns about the flowers themselves we’re always happy to help and do want the blooms to last.
