Unlike big online flower companies, we don’t ship flowers in boxes or outsource designs. Your order is created right here in our shop and delivered fresh by people who care about how it arrives.

We will let you know once flowers have been delivered via text
Deliveries placed for a TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY WILL BE DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING THURSDAY
We’ll deliver the flowers to the address provided and take a photo once they’ve been delivered. At that point, our responsibility for the arrangement ends, as we’re no longer able to control how the flowers are handled.
If possible, we recommend choosing a delivery window when the recipient will be available. For example, if flowers are left with a front desk and the recipient isn’t there, we unfortunately can’t be responsible for how the arrangement is handled afterward.
Of course, please feel free to reach out if you have any concerns about the flowers themselves we’re always happy to help and do want the blooms to last.
